VINYL Fence Installation

INSTALL IT. THEN FORGET IT.

No staining, no sealing, no rot. Vinyl holds its color and its line for decades — and asks nothing of you but a hose once a year.

Why Vinyl

THE FENCE THAT NEVER ASKS FOR ANYTHING.

Vinyl won't rot, won't warp, won't host termites, and won't ever need a coat of stain. Its color runs through the material rather than sitting on top of it, so a scratch doesn't show and the sun doesn't fade it the way it fades paint.

We install heavy-gauge vinyl — not the thin, hollow panels sold at big-box stores that crack when a soccer ball hits them in January. Properly gauged vinyl, properly set posts, and clean lines that stay clean.

  • HEAVY-GAUGE PANELSThick-walled vinyl, not big-box hollow panels.
  • COLOR THROUGH THE MATERIALScratches don't show. Sun doesn't fade it.
  • NO STAINING. NO SEALING.Rinse it with a hose. That's the maintenance.
  • POSTS SET BELOW THE FROST LINEConcrete-set to hold their line through Midwest winters.

Styles

EVERY STYLE, ONE FINISH THAT LASTS

Vinyl gives you the same range of looks as wood — privacy, semi-privacy, picket — in a finish you'll never have to touch up.

PRIVACY

Solid panels, full height. The most-requested vinyl fence we build.

SEMI-PRIVACY

Spaced or lattice-top panels that let light and air through.

LATTICE TOP

PICKET

Crisp white spaced pickets. Curb appeal without the upkeep.

GATES

Reinforced vinyl gates with steel-framed hardware that won't sag.

BUILT FOR MIDWEST WINTERS

THIRTY WINTERS. ONE HOSE.

Vinyl's weakness is cold — cheap, thin panels turn brittle and crack in a Chicago January. That's why we install heavy-gauge vinyl rated for freeze-thaw, on posts set below the frost line. Same standard Steve set for cedar, applied to a different material.

IS VINYL RIGHT FOR YOUR YARD?

VINYL IS A GREAT FIT IF...

  • You want to never think about your fence again
  • You want a crisp, clean, uniform look
  • You want full privacy with zero upkeep

YOU MIGHT WANT SOMETHING ELSE IF...

Not sure? That's normal. Steve or Jon will walk your yard and tell you straight — even if the answer costs us the sale.

What It Costs

WHAT A VINYL FENCE COSTS

Vinyl usually costs more than cedar up front and less than cedar over twenty years — you're trading a bigger check today for a fence you never stain, seal, or replace boards on. Height, style, gates, and panel gauge move the number. We'll walk your yard and give you a real one.

Financing available — spread the cost over time.

VINYL FENCE QUESTIONS

Cheap, thin vinyl will. Heavy-gauge vinyl rated for freeze-thaw is a different product entirely — and it's the only kind we install.
